MD’s 2023 STAFF DURBARS

The Managing Director undertook a NEDCo-wide tour in partial fulfilment of his 2023
performance targets. The tour which has become a company tradition and popularly referred to
as “Staff Durbars”, affords Management the opportunity to interact with staff and hear directly
from them what their expectations of Management are and how they think the company should
be managed to realize the full potential of every staff.
This year’s tour, as usual, took the MD to the five locations of NEDCo; starting from the Upper
East Area on Monday, September 25, 2023 and ending in the upper West Area on Monday,
October 02, 2023.
Deliberations during the MD’s 2023 durbar covered five key capsules, namely; NEDCo losses
and collections, the pending Mass Revenue Mobilization Exercise (MRM), NEDCo Projects,
Staff Promotions, and Tools and Equipment.
These subject areas captured almost all the concerns of ordinary NEDCo staff and if adequately
resolved, Management would have indirectly delighted the rank and file of NEDCo which can
help galvanize staff to put in their all for mother NEDCo.
